Scrum is in our opinion the most effective way of working, reducing the risk and complexity of projects. It also responds to the values that we try to cultivate in our work – commitment, diligence, openness and respect.
The customer has the ability to constantly view the effects of work and decides what elements are worth adding, removing or modifying.
Stages of the project
Analysis of requirements – Stage I
The exact diagnosis of problems and the analysis of the needs and goals that the client wants to achieve precede any implementation. The first stage of activity is the preparation of a report taking into account the specificity of the market, competition activities, and possible technological limitations. Together with the client, we create the concept of the project, set the scope of work and a precise schedule of activities.
Implementation – Stage II
When both parties accept the project’s vision, it is time to proceed to the production stage. At the same time, our task is also to ensure that the client has control and insight into the progress of the work.
The project management system (TFS, JIRA) gives you the opportunity to quickly check which tasks are being performed by people assigned to the project and quick reaction in case of necessity of changes in the original assumptions. If necessary, we meet the customer in person or remotely, e.g. in the form of videoconferences. Then we have the opportunity to discuss the current state and define further tasks.
Test implementation and production implementation of the project – Stage III
We take care to thoroughly check all business logic mechanisms and test their operation on target platforms before implementing the project. Installation and testing are carried out through the use of inter alia Continuous Integration.
Implementation takes place when the project receives a positive qualitative assessment. The moment of implementation is the time when the client receives an effective business solution.
Maintenance and development of the project – Stage IV
After implementing the given solution, we care for its further development. Depending on newly emerging needs, we create new functionalities and, if necessary, improve the existing ones. Professional design and implementation of systems and applications creates the possibility to expand them in later stages, without losing the cohesion and stable functioning of other elements.
In order for the applications we implement to be effectively used, we offer the opportunity to conduct training for the client’s employees.
